What's Baking?

I am a few short weeks away from completing my Food Service Entrepreneurship degree! I cannot believe how quickly the time has gone! This has been an amazing journey and I am so grateful that I got the chance to attend Johnson & Wales University.  In a couple of weeks, I will start my new position as a Baker/Pastry Cook at Pastiche Fine Desserts in Providence. I am so excited to work here because they make EVERYTHING from scratch and the desserts are delicious. I know I will learn a lot and greatly enhance my skills.
